Receiving and Warehousing
Warehouse Receiving Hours are Monday - Thursday from 9am - 2pm. All carriers must make a dock appointment no less than 24 hours in advance of arrival and these can be scheduled via phone or email. Failure to make an appointment can cause shipment(s) to be refused which will incur redelivery charges. Please make sure this information is provided by you on all purchase orders.
At Home Warehouse & Delivery will not be responsible for any charges due to lack of scheduling a dock appointment by any carrier.
At Home Warehouse & Delivery will not be responsible for any freight charges or fees for any reason.
Upon receipt of your product, we will email you the bill of lading as confirmation. Storage charges are free for the first 30 days. Storage charges begin at a rate of $1 per piece per day beginning on the 31st day.
All invoicing for storage and delivery will bill out at the end of the month after delivery has been completed.
